Topic : The Dangers of Smoking and Vaping

 Our earth is not save anymore. Why? Because the pollution is everywhere. One of the causes of a lot of pollution is smoking and vaping. Smoking or vaping is very dangerous for the smoker himself, those who inhale it, and for the environment.

 Firstly, cigarette smoke that is exposed to other people is very very bad. Because, inhaling smoke from cigarettes is certainly without a filter plus the smoke that has come out of the smoker's lungs is very bad for health and the carcinogenic substances in cigarettes are dangerous for passive smokers.

 Secondly, the impact on smokers themselves is also very dangerous for health. Because, it should be noted that cigarettes contain more than 4,000 types of chemicals that are harmful to the body. From some of the data that has emerged, it shows a relationship with chronic lung disease and asthma, as well as a relationship between the dual use of e-cigarettes and smoking with cardiovascular disease.

  Third, the detrimental health factors due to vaping are vaping which contains various hazardous substances, such as nicotine, glycol, acrolein, diacetyl, and formaldehyde. In addition, the impact on the environment is air pollution which can cause global warming.

  So, from the facts above, it can be concluded that smoking and vaping are not only detrimental to oneself but also to other people and the environment.
